Dr. Corey Idrogo was tired of seeing people coming into his office for the same complaints. People would get out of pain but would go back to doing the same things that caused the pain in the first place. So he knew he needed to do something different to help them understand how to correct spine and joint problems long term.
So he started 6 Weeks to Wellness.
- Corrective & Functional Exercise Classes 3-4x week guided by physicians

6 Weeks to Wellness will help correct what you think about, how you eat, how you exercise and care for your body through a comprehensive 6-week program. The six week program includes physician-guided group exercise where we work around prior injuries to help prevent pain and strengthen them so they don't come back. Along with the weekly exercise, we have individualized nutrition plans set around SMART goals to help you eat right, lose weight and enjoy a life you wish you had. Lastly, with injury and spine complaints come inability to exercise. Dr Corey can also set up a care plan of chiropractic care to help you get out of pain as fast as possible and get you to exercising to your maximum potential.
