Try this exercise to build a health pain-free shoulder

A lot of you have been asking about exercises for pinching in the shoulders and neck pain. A common issue I see with shoulder health is the inability to work with our hands behind our back. This is due to our everyday life and not really having to put our hands behind our back but overtime this leads to improper balance of the shoulder girdle, degeneration at a faster rate and PAIN. 

Here is simple easy exercise I use with people who are unable to put their hand on their back.
