The first thing I do when Treating Sciatica.

Hey guys and gals,

The most common complaint I see at my office is Sciatica.
The term sciatica describes the symptoms of leg pain—and possibly tingling, numbness, or weakness—that originate in the lower back and travel through the buttock and down the large sciatic nerve in the back of each leg. It can be a agonizing problem that effects everything we do, from sneezing to playing with our kids. And I know from first hand experience how bad it can be. So for years now I have worked to figure out how to properly diagnosis the cause of someones sciatica.

There can be numerous reasons that cause sciatica and some can be signs of life threatening problems if left untreated. But for the most part its a result of how we operate in our daily lives. Here is a video showing how I start to treat the most common cause of the dreaded Sciatica

Hope you enjoy
