If you sit a lot at work, try this stretch out to help your lower back

Hey Everyone,

I hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. I took last week off from videos but will come back this week with two great videos for improving lower body mobility which helps your lower back. This first one is called the 90/90 stretch. It helps when you have tight hip joints which cause unwanted motion in the lower back that can compound to cause it to degenerate faster and cause pain.  

If you sit a lot at work or with driving, then this is a great stretch for you.
