5 Minute Morning stretch routine for Lower Back Pain



Time is one of the most valuable things we have in life. We cannot control it and we must make the most of it when we can. Many of you have asked about an easy stretch routine that can be done in the morning to help alleviate pain and improve overall joint health. 

So I listened and made an easy 5 minute routine you can use in the morning to start you day off right. 

Rather than hitting that snooze button, lets enjoy 5 minutes of easy stretches we can do in bed.
